- That’s the top blue line. We calculate it more stringently than other suppliers by omitting partial deliveries. So if you order ten different size hex nuts and we ship nine lines complete, but only 99 out of 100 pieces on the last, the fill rate for your order is 90%, not 99%.

- That’s the green line. It tracks an even more challenging, self-imposed measurement. We combine our fill rate results with the number of orders we deliver on time, according to your initial delivery date requests or your later acceptance of revised deliveries due to our suppliers' tardiness. After all, you want your orders shipped complete and on time.
