Atlantic adheres to a rigorous standard in measuring shipping performance. Instead of offering separate fill rate and on time delivery calculations, we dwell on their combined measurement.

After all, consistently receiving partial deliveries on time won't make you happy, nor will always getting complete shipments, late. You want complete shipments on time – all the time.

In determining fill rate, we omit any partial delivery whatsoever. So if we ship you 99 out of 100 pieces, the fill rate is 0, not 99%.

On time delivery is based strictly on your initial delivery date requests or your later acceptance of revised deliveries due to our suppliers' tardiness.

Currently, our shipping performance is 90% (bottom red line) for all stocking fasteners, which are those items most in demand by customers like you. For 2003, the monthly trend showed a 2% improvement, which is our goal.

For individual customers, who provide us with accurate usage figures, our shipping performance rate is 99.8% and higher.
