"Self-scan" lets you order any time you want
To answer the pleas of customer who buy less than $10,000 worth of fasteners annually, yet want automated inventory management, Atlantic has introduced a simple-to-use Palm-based bar code scanner. It sends orders to our computer by phone line. Here's how it works: The scanner's easy to use. Only requirements are an AC outlet and analog phone line such as one for a fax machine, which can be shared. Since the scanner is a modified Palm computer, it also stores addresses, holds appointments and manages tasks. For customers who buy more than $10,000 worth of fasteners annually, Atlantic offers vendor managed inventory. To find out more about either program, contact vice president of sales John Kraus. . |
