Haemonetics Corp. chooses Atlantic as "Vendor of the Year"

Haemonetics
Corp. of Braintree, MA, a maker of blood processing equipment,
has launched a vendor of the year award naming Atlantic Fasteners
its first recipient.
A nominating committee, made up
of purchasing, quality, warehouse and manufacturing personnel,
made the unanimous decision. 90 vendors were in contention.
According to Buyer Sheila Parker, selection
was based on a combination of Atlantic's nearly perfect quality,
on-time delivery, error-free paperwork and speedy responsiveness.
Haemonetics, a loyal Atlantic customer since
1999, was recently named one of the 200 Best Small Companies in
America by Forbes magazine.
