Atlantic enters strategic alliance with global sourcing professional
With many customers focused on drastic cost cutting to remain competitive, Atlantic has formed a strategic alliance with an established China sourcing expert to help. Steve Anderson of Global Development Solutions regularly saves clients up to 70% on all kinds of parts: OEM CNC machined castings/forgings, fabrications, stampings, cold headed, molded, kits, even complete products. He visits China and Taiwan at least twice annually inspecting factories, reviewing specifications, and working on client projects. And he’s familiar with the same qualified sources used by Black & Decker, BorgWarner, BMW, Dell, Ford, Kubota and more. Steve is a mechanical engineer with a nearly 20 year proven record of global sourcing, from initial strategizing to delivery of high quality, low cost industrial parts. He reveals sources, brings clients on global trips and teaches them how to do it themselves. Typically, his fees amount to a small portion of the hundreds of thousands of dollars his clients save. In just eight months, one customer saved the equivalent of 10% of its annual sales. Another found parts at below its suppliers’ costs. In its new alliance with Global Development Solutions, Atlantic is providing warehousing and distribution functions. Steve's time is limited, so customers are cautioned to contact him or Atlantic as
soon as possible to avoid being placed on a waiting
list.
